The Technology Department has recently implemented a new Help Desk solution.
This new system allows customers to enter their help call through a web browser.
After you enter the ticket, an email is sent to the responsible parties, notifying
them of the new help request. You can go back at any time and check on the
status of the help request. When a technician has completed your request, you
will receive an email notifying you that the ticket is complete and what was
done to solve your request.
