Instructors
For Fall 2008 Courses.
All courses should have a
BASIC SLO form on file. Check
Docushare to see if there is
already one on file for your course(s). If not, you need to submit the
BASIC SLO form to establish outcomes for the course. You may also
re-submit the form with revisions. These forms are due no later than
September 10 by email to your SLO coordinator (Lenore Frigo).

For Degrees & Certificates.
All degrees and certificates need to get started
on the SLO cycle this semester (Fall 2008). The
SLO Form for Programs will guide you through this process.
ACCJC Rubric for Student Learning Outcomes: We need to have
accomplished all the pieces of the "Development" stage and have completed
some of the components of "Proficiency" by January 2009. A special report is
due October 15, 2008, that must document that we're on track for that
January goal.
