CRG was formed in Redding in early 2002 in response to threats to freedom and national security, erosion of privacy rights, secrecy of homeland defense, continued dependence upon foreign oil and the escalation towards war. One of our goals is to continue to raise community awareness on issues. We believe that it’s patriotic to ask questions and expect straight forward answers
