If you want to create additional pages, simply right
click a page on the left folder list and select the Copy command, then
select paste and a copy of that page will be created. You can rename
the file by right clicking on any page and selecting Rename from the options given.
No character spaces or illegal character names in the filename, please.
Always remember to keep the file extension intact.
Also, remember to never, ever rename the default.htm page.
If you do, your website will not have a starting point.
