Tuesday, 11/4/08:  For today's class, we will continue viewing JFK.  I would advise against watching the film on your own as a substitute for attending class because I will be providing running commentary and analysis as we view the film.

Thursday, 11/6/08:  For today's class, we will finish viewing JFK.

Tuesday, 11/11/08:  For today's class, I will introduce the goals of the group research project and have everyone sign up for a team.  Before you get to class, review the five possible topics and have two choices, first and second, that interests you the most.  Each group will then exchange contact information and decide on division of duties.

Thursday, 11/13/08:  For today's class, each research team will decide on the scope of its research and devise a research plan.  Because our regular class time will most likely be the only time available to everyone in each group, use this as an opportunity to focus on group decisions and planning.

Tuesday, 11/18/08, and Thursday, 11/20/08:  Use these class meetings to prepare for next Tuesday's presentations.

Tuesday, 11/25/08:  Group presentations.  Don't forget that each group needs to turn in a summary report and bibliography.
