Ph.D. in Nutrition with Minors in Education and Epidemiology (Cornell University) 

M.S. in Nutrition (University of California, Davis)

B.S. in Food Science and Technology (Kyoto University, Japan)

Experience:

Dr. Goto has lived and worked in various countries such as Guatemala, Indonesia, Japan, Tanzania, Jamaica, the Philippines and the U.S. as a nutrition educator, researcher and consultant for the past 13 years. She is currently a visiting fellow at the Division of Nutritional Sciences, Cornell University.

Personal interests:

Through her experience of working in different countries, Dr. Goto has developed a deep appreciation of diversity in people and food! Her current interest is food and wine pairing using foods from different countries.  She also enjoys playing piano and traveling.
