The Board of Governor Fee Waiver Program is
offered by the California Community Colleges. Under this program
enrollment fees are waived for students who qualify.
You are eligible to apply for a fee waiver if:
You are a California resident, and
You are enrolled in at least one (1) unit.
There are three methods to qualify:
METHOD A
(BOGG 1)
You have current proof that you are a recipient of:

TANF/Cal Works Program
(formerly AFDC)
-
SSI (Supplemental
Security Income)
-
General Assistance (also known as General Relief).
Or you have
certification of one of the following:
-
You are eligible for a
dependent's fee waiver from the California Department of Veterans
Affairs or the National Guard Adjutant General.

You are a recipient or
the child of a recipient of the Congressional Medal of Honor.
-
You are a dependent of a
victim of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack.
-
You are a dependent of
a deceased law enforcement/fire suppression personnel killed in the
line of duty.
NOTE: Certification
must be submitted with a completed BOGG Application.

Attention! Students
who qualify for a BOGG 1 or a BOGG 2 should fill out an
application for
EOPS (Extended Opportunity Program
Services).
METHOD C
(BOGG 3)
You have completed the
FAFSA for the current academic
year, and have been determined to have at least $1 in
financial need. In order to
qualify under this criteria, you might be required to provide
verification documents to the Financial Aid Office.
Students who qualify for the Enrollment Fee Waiver will
have their
enrollment fees waived. Students are
responsible for the Campus Center Fee, the Student Health Fee, and
any applicable Materials Fees.
