training and experience that enable them to customize and present
information with practical applications in a business environment.
The EWD at Shasta College
provides customized employee training to businesses.
Our interactive
modules focus
on
areas of specific concern to employers. They’re designed to address
scenarios that occur in a business setting, ensuring that employees can
immediately apply to the job, the skills they have learned.
We are looking
for presenters to teach the following:

Concepts of Leadership, Human Behavior, Communications, Leadership Styles,

Management Excellence
Human Resources, Employee Issues, Leading, Motivation, Teamwork, Meetings,
Performance, Change, Diversity, Developing a Culture
Leadership and Planning
Strategic Planning, Performance Measures, Vision/Mission/Goals & Objectives,
Project Management
These positions
are on an on-call, independent contractor basis, at $25 - $35 hour DOE.
