Payment for Classes
Payment for class(es) is due at
the time of registration. We accept cash, personal, business and/or
cashier’s check, as well as Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Pre-registration is important. If we do not
reach the minimum number of participants necessary to prevent a revenue
loss, we reserve the right to cancel any class, at least one week prior to the
start date.
Class Cancellation Policy
We don’t like to cancel classes, however,
sometimes it is necessary to cancel before the first meeting when
enrollments do not reach a minimum. Every effort is made to notify
registered students by phone of the cancellation. For this reason, we MUST
have a current daytime phone number and e-mail address.
Refund Policy
-
Checks will be returned if requested classes
are already closed or cancelled by the EWD office.
-
Refunds will only be granted if your request
is received by the EWD office, in written
form, at least five (5) working days prior to the first class meeting.
A $7 per course processing fee will be retained on all student
initiated cancellations.
-
Refunds will not be granted once a
scheduled class has begun.
-
Refund checks will be mailed to you by the
Shasta College Business Office within four weeks.

handicapped parking areas, red zones, fire lanes, etc.
