Customer Service Training - Spring
2008
Thank
you for sending Kelly to our organization to help us understand and get
energized about how we can communicate our excitement towards helping kids.
His enthusiasm was infectious and built engagement in the content. I truly
appreciated his professional preparation towards the night. Watching him
use humor, crowd interaction and questioning techniques made it clear that
he had prepared well to present the information. Many participates
commented “He was what we needed to hear right now” and “That was inspiring
for me to do something to change our culture”. Clearly his message of
“Remembering What We Already Know About Customer Service” was well received
and taken to heart.
Again we would like to thank you for allowing us to have
Kelly come in and get us moving towards better customer service for our
parents and students.

Fishing Challenge Fall 2007 – Reel Fun!
It was
a beautiful day out on Shasta Lake. Along with our instructor Gary Miralles
of Shasta Tackle and Angler’s West TV Show, we had 6 professional fishing
guides take 40 men and women out on their boats to put in to practice what
they learned in the classroom the evening before. The largest fish caught
was 26 in. and 34 lbs. The fisherman catching that record breaker for the
day won a free new Walker Downrigger. ~Lorrie

We had the best time!!!! The fishing was great and it was an
experience of a lifetime.
Those guys sure know how to get some fish.
Gary was a wonderful guide. Can't wait to do it again. Thank you! ~Tom G.
