BUAD 85- Principles of Customer Service

 
 

Course Description:

This course is designed to provide the student with understanding and knowledge to the importance of meeting the needs of customers in a service economy.  Students will gain insight into employer and customer expectation of service levels.  Emphasis will be placed on developing specific skills and abilities critical to providing excellent customer service.  In addition, the student will be introduced to the concepts of internal and external customers, customer satisfaction and
customer retention.
