Course Objective:
This course focuses on
the role of the first-line supervisor in the organization. There is
particular emphasis on team building, coping with organizational change,
leadership styles, motivating employees, and the supervisor’s role in
monitoring the primary management functions of planning, organizing,
directing, and controlling.
