As of today, almost 150,000 demographics records have been successfully converted to the Colleague system. The next conversion has begun and has a targeted completion of next week.

The building of the Summer 2003 schedule has begun and is going smoothly. We ran in to a few glitches the first day, which were easily and quickly resolved. The schedule is on track and no delays have been identified.

We have slated a “mock” registration for the end of January, which will give the Student Team an opportunity to see how the system will actually work when we go Live with registration for the Summer 2003 term. We will spend the next few weeks putting together the scenarios for testing based on our Initial Operations Expectations listing.
