It’s National TV Turn-Off Week
The Shasta College Family Studies & Services
Program would like to invite you to Remember: Happy families are Healthy families! Research shows that children who watch too much TV and have a deficient family life, are more likely to become obese adults, perform worse in school, and have less likelihood of succeeding in life.
