REAL 34 - COURSE DESCRIPTION

REAL ESTATE FINANCE - 3 UNITS (S)

	Prerequisite:	A grade of C or higher in REAL 30 or have a real estate license
	Class Hours:	54 lecture total
	Description:	Analysis of Real Estate financing, including lending policies and problems in financing transactions in residential, apartment, commercial, and special-purpose properties. This course will introduce the basic everyday problems encountered in the mortgage banking field in relation to simple real estate transactions. It will also offer solutions to those problems in terms of everyday language to the agent or the buyer and seller of real estate. It is a practical approach to real estate finance. Offered primarily in the evening program. Applies toward California Department of Real Estate educational requirements for the broker's examination.
