LEGAL ASPECTS OF REAL ESTATE - 3 UNITS (I)

	Prerequisite:	A grade of C or higher in REAL 30 or have a real estate license
	Class Hours:	54 lecture total
	Description:	A study of California real estate law, including rights incident to property ownership and management, agency, contracts, and application to real estate transfer, conveyancing, trust deed and foreclosure as well as recent legislation governing real estate transactions, environmental regulations and conduct.
