Note: Students will be required to make a minimum of one sales presentation in class.
Class Hours: 54 lecture total
Description: Study of the fundamental problems, practices and techniques of the salesperson. The course covers both retail and direct selling techniques including prospecting, pre-approach, demonstration/presentation, handling objections, closing, follow-up and time management.
