Description: |
This is an intermediate course in the basic science and technology of
winemaking. It is intended for the entrepreneur exploring business
opportunities in the grape wine industry, and/or the prospective small
winery employee, as well as the home winemaker, interested in career or
skills development. This course encompasses winemaking in the realms of wine
analysis, chemistry, and treatment. |
