Description: |
The program is designed to educate students as computer support specialists
in order to compete for positions such as help desk or technical support
technicians. Students will examine the different types of help desks, the
available help desk career paths, and the kinds of knowledge, skills, and
abilities they need to be successful in a help desk environment. They will
gain an understanding of how people, processes, technology and information
affect the typical help desk structure and how understanding customer
service is the bottom line. |
