ATTITUDE IN THE WORKPLACE-.5 UNITS (I)

 

 

Class Hours: 9 lecture total
Description: This course is designed to provide the student with certain key skills in the area of attitude so that may effectively maintain a positive attitude at the workplace and at home. The student will be introduced to the concepts of how attitudes are communicate, the three types if attitudes and how to adjust one's attitude. Topics will also include the primary causes of a bad attitude, turnaround strategies to battle these bad attitudes and specific techniques to raise the attitude of others.
