Program
Description
The RDSC Degree Completion Program was created in response to inquiries by
radiologic technologists seeking a four-year degree without leaving their
employment. Students in the program are offered a comprehensive education
which includes course work in MRI, CT, Mammography, QA/QC, CIT, and business
applications that open doors for advancement. The program is primarily
offered on-line through the internet (Web CT platform), utilizing mail,
email, telephone and fax. Students have the option of meeting with OIT
faculty one Saturday per quarter on the Shasta College campus. The program
culminates with a summer quarter of externship. Arrangements for the
externship site are made by the student.
