Repaso para el Examen Capítulo 3

I. Comprensión auditiva

You will have a map similar to the one in the book and will need to be able to identify places after listening to the directions and descriptions given in Spanish.

II. Lectura y escritura

Be able to conjugate all the verbs in the chapter correctly. For example, María _____________ en la biblioteca. (estar)

Ellos __________________ estudiar tarde. (preferir)

Nosotros _____________ con los amigos todos los viernes. (comer)

Can you write a postcard about your friends from Spanish speaking countries? You may be asked to do this, describing their nationalities and activities.

Study and memorize all the different activities we have learned in this chapter. Be able to describe your activities and those of your friends.

Throughout the exam you will need to use all the new vocabulary, by either comprehending the sentences you are reading or by writing your own sentences. Be sure to go over all the vocabulary very carefully.

There will be a short reading and you will need to answer questions in Spanish about the article.

Be able to write out all the nationalities. For example, Paco es de Madrid, España. Él es ________________. Ana es de Puerto Rico. Es ___________.

Review all the vocabulary to talk about where things are located. You may have to describe a picture of a classroom.

Study all the readings in the chapter three and be able to answer questions about the information.

There will be a short composition section similar to the types of things we have discussed in class and you have written about in your workbook.
